Tips

Apply sunscreen before going down to the sea, it gives time for the sunscreen to penetrate well into the skin & doesn't dirt the water.

Bring a waterproof camera, or a special case cell phones. Another option is to check if the tour has a photography service.

If you think that you can get dizzy easily, take a pill to prevent dizziness in the morning before going up.
